Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
